This plate is constructed of tough 3/8″” aircraft aluminum and features a design that allows full tilt with dual steering. Natural aluminum finish resists corrosion. All bolts are stainless steel with brass nuts to prevent galling. Fits all V-4 and V-6 engines up to a maximum of 150 Horsepower. Provides six (6) inches of setback and four (4) inches of vertical adjustment.

Made of aircraft-quality aluminum, the design of the device allows dual steering to fully tilt the engine. The board is coated with an attractive matt black or natural aluminum powder coating to enhance corrosion resistance and improve appearance. The stainless steel adjusting bolt is 5/8 inch to increase the strength. The nut on the adjusting bolt used to raise the engine is brass to prevent fouling. The feature of this Hi-Jacker is the stainless steel bolt with brass nylon lock nut, and the tail plate cover trim strip is removed in the machining area. It is suitable for all V-4 and V-6 engines. Model Mercury engines from 1976 to 1979 may require special drilling. Tilt back 6 inches and adjust vertically 4 inches. Optional stress plate (JPSP-1 complies with OMC bulletin #2281). !!!!—-
